40% silane water repellent
Sure Klean® Weather Seal SL40 <600 is a clear, penetrating silane water repellent containing a solution of silane reduced in solvents. Formulated to comply with US EPA AIM VOC regulations, SL40 <600 protects concrete and masonry surfaces against intrusion of water and waterborne contaminants.
This is a special order product. Production lead times and quantity minimums may apply.
FEATURES
- Long-lasting protection of concrete and masonry against the damaging effects of water and deicing salts.
- Does not form a surface film or gloss.
- Treated surfaces “breathe” – does not alter natural vapor permeability or trap moisture.
- Easy to apply with conventional spray equipment.
- Leaves little or no residue on clean window glass. Always test.

OVERVIEW
SL40 <600 chemically reacts with the substrate to produce a long-lasting water repellent effect. The product’s low viscosity and small molecular size allows maximum penetration into the concrete or masonry surfaces. Surfaces treated with SL40 <600 maintain their natural appearance, vapor permeability, slip resistance and other surface characteristics.
