PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Vulkem® OC810 is a high-solids, aliphatic, polyurethane membrane designed to be applied in one coat as a waterproofing system. A minimum thickness of 25 mils is required. Vulkem OC810 must be used with Tremco Rubber Aggregate 16 mesh. __________________________________________________________________________________________

BASIC USES Vulkem OC810 Coating is ideal for light pedestrian traffic areas such as balconies, roof terraces, and mechanical rooms. It also can be used as a waterproofer for window eyebrow applications. __________________________________________________________________________________________

INSTALLATION Concrete shall be water-cured and attain a 3000 psi minimum compressive strength. Concrete finish shall be a light steel trowel followed by a fine-hair broom, or equivalent ICRI #2-#4 finish. Moisture content in the conrete must be lower than 4.5% as measured by a Tramex CME 4 Moisture Meter. Depending on concrete construction and job site location, additional concrete testing may be required. Please contact your local Tremco Sales or Technical Representative. Please refer to the Vulkem OC810 Application Instructions for complete application details. The tequniques involved may require modification to adjust the jobsite conditions.
